Over the past few months we have been involved with the construction of a new purpose-built warehouse and hardstand facility for Salta Properties.
Leased specifically to VISA Global, a major component of the scope of works centres around the delivery of a 13,000 Sq m post-tensioned hardstand.
On June 10 we delivered the first component of these works – having poured number one of six post-tensioned slabs. The 400mm thick slab covers an area of 2,200 Sq m and required a total of 860 cubic metres of concrete to be delivered throughout the day. 40mpa concrete was used to ensure that adequate strength was achieved in readiness for post tensioning the following day.
