This new Watson Young designed industrial facility is the first development in the newly released Essendon Fields, Hart Precinct. Sitting on a 5,500 sq m site, this new office and warehouse has an attractive facade and has been purpose-built for Suncorp to be used as a vehicle assessment centre. The facility features 1,800 sq m of warehouse space with a modern two-storey 800 sq m, architecturally-designed, open-plan office with associated amenities and car parking for 45 staff. The office component was designed to achieve 4.5 star NABERS energy rating.
The project commenced in October 2018 and was successfully completed by June 2019.
