Goodman Property Services Australia engaged Builtwise Constructions to design & construct their new office and associated tenancies in Port Melbourne in early 2017. The 500 Sq m office was constructed on a steel mezzanine slab within an existing warehouse on Plummer Street in Port Melbourne. The construction of the “Industrial Chic” style office started in January 2018 and was completed by mid-June 2018. The ground floor space was developed to house three different tenancies, including a new café and outdoor area – the base building works for these tenancies were completed in July 2018.
