Trent Holborook
Trent has 30 years’ experience in the Design & Construct sector, delivering Commercial, Industrial, and Large Format Retail projects across Australia.
Prior to establishing Builtwise Constructions, Trent honed his experience with Australand (now Frasers Property), working on a vast array of Commercial, Industrial and Retail projects. His overall responsibilities eventually incorporated the Southern Region of Australia – Victoria, South Australia, and Western Australia.
Over his tenure, Trent was directly involved in delivering more than 70 Commercial, Industrial, Large Format Retail and Manufacturing projects around Australia, and has now delivered over 90 projects with Builtwise Constructions.
Today, as a Director at Builtwise Constructions, Trent’s day-to-day duties include business development, bid management, design management, procurement, and HSEQ policy and procedure implementation.
Trent is the direct client contact with the ultimate responsibility for the delivery of Builtwise Constructions projects.
Daniel Howley
Daniel has over 20 years of experience in the commercial, industrial, and residential construction sectors.
He began his career as a contract builder before founding a company specialising in high-end residential homes, and then expanded into commercial, industrial, and retail projects, including new builds, fit-outs, and maintenance.
In 2011, he partnered with Trent Holbrook to establish Builtwise Constructions, initially focusing on high-end residential construction using advanced commercial techniques.
Passionate about connecting the office and construction site, Daniel thrives on supporting his team to achieve optimal results while ensuring a safe and enjoyable workplace.
As the hands-on Director at Builtwise Constructions, Daniel oversees all on-site activities, dedicating most of his time to coordinating daily operations and closely monitoring HSEQ and project delivery.
