Head office, showroom and manufacturing major redevelopment works

Delivery of ARB head office, showroom and manufacturing facility redevelopment at 42-44 Garden Street, Kilsyth, adding another development to their Kilsyth facility.

Once occupied by a car park and existing office, Builtwise Constructions completed an extensive demolition of the existing concrete hardstand and office, and the Design and Construction of a warm shell with architectural fit-out.

A 2-level 1,460 Sqm engineering office was designed and constructed to enable staff to decant out of the head office to enable the next stage commencement.

Half of the head office was demolished, and a high-quality 2,230 Sqm architecturally and interior designed office was reconstructed.

A third stage commenced with the demolition of the remaining head office, and the addition of a further 1,460 Sqm of office space was integrated, including ARB’s flagship showroom of 500 Sqm.
