New speculative dual-tenancy warehouse facility

Design and Construction of a speculative warehouse with an intra-tenancy wall to enable two (2) tenants to operate within separate attached offices and amenities. This infill site within the Dandenong Industrial Estate required significant infrastructure works to service the site.
