Industrial chic

Goodman Property Services Australia engaged Builtwise Constructions to design and construct their new office and associated tenancies in Port Melbourne in early 2017. 

The 500 Sqm office was constructed on a steel mezzanine slab within an existing warehouse on Plummer Street in Port Melbourne. The construction of the “Industrial Chic” style office started in January 2018 and was completed by mid-June 2018. The ground floor space was developed to house three different tenancies, including a new café and outdoor area – the base building works for these tenancies were completed in July 2018.
