Large Format Retail comprising Officeworks, Petbarn, Beacon Lighting and Baby Bunting. The works were carried out in stages, starting with Officeworks, then Petbarn, and finally Beacon Lighting and Baby Bunting. Partially integrated fit-out and structural upgrades were included in the works.
