New office and warehouse

A brand new office and warehouse purpose-built as a vehicle assessment centre.

This new Watson-Young-designed industrial facility was the first development in the newly released Essendon Fields, Hart Precinct. Sitting on a 5,500 Sqm site, the new office and warehouse features an attractive facade and was purpose-built for Suncorp to be used as a vehicle assessment centre. The facility features 1,800 Sqm of warehouse space with a modern two-storey 800 Sqm, architecturally-designed, open-plan office with associated amenities and car parking for 45 staff. The office component was designed to achieve a 4.5-star NABERS energy rating.

The project commenced in October 2018 and was completed by June 2019.
