Builtwise Constructions were engaged by 151 Properties to deliver their most recent office fit-out at 43-63 Princess Highway, Dandenong South – adding another development to the Dandenong Industrial Estate. Originally occupied as a data centre by Toll Australia, Builtwise was contracted to complete the extensive demolition, make-good and complete office fit-out construction, resulting in a state-of-the-art office facility now occupied by Wurth Australia.

This 2,515 Sqm office features a polished concrete Showroom with in-situ concrete reception and wet-bar benches, open plan and partitioned office space with the latest audio visual and IT systems, plus extensive industrial lunch space with expansive outdoor entertaining capabilities, custom joinery, utility and kitchen zones, a full-height ceiling training area featuring a car hoist and exhaust extraction.
